Russ McLamb



The Lord laid Hellfire Ministries on Russ' heart.  By the grace of God Russ was saved from his life of drugs, alcohol and run-in's with the law.  Russ lived his life concerned with the ways of the world doing what he wanted.  Russ' main concern now is sharing the gospel and reaching the lost.  Those destined for hell.  Russ knows that people get uncomfortable when you mention "sin" and "hell".  Russ' reply, "Good you should".  That's why Jesus died on the cross.  He paid the price by suffering the wrath of God for us.  Christ willingly suffered what we deserved.  But you know what? Christ defeated death, he arose and now sits at the right hand of God.  We can defeat death as well and have eternal life with the Father, if we repent, believe and put our trust in Jesus Christ.  Here's the bottom line, live forever with Christ or live forever in damnation.  We all have eternal life, the question is where are you going to spend it?  Russ is also proud to be a laborer for In The Street Ministries with his brother in Christ, John Galloway below.

God has given me a heart of compassion for those confined behind prison walls.  Though I've never experienced prison personally, I still feel a connection; because I held myself captive in a spiritual prison for 34 years.  I had become judge and jury, pronouncing sentence on my life, "GUILTY," without possibility of parole.  I shut the prison door on my life and tossed away the keys, expecting never to be forgiven.  Well, God had another plan - an encounter with His Son Jesus, full of mercy and grace.  I saw this Jesus who hadn't done anything wrong, willingly hang on a cross to die for my sins.  As He hung there, He had experienced my broken and lonely heart and voiced the silent scream going off in my head, "My God, My God why have you forsaken me?"  I knew then, His out-stretched arms and nail driven hands said it all, "This is how much I love you.  If only you believe that I died for you and was resurrected on the third day; so that your sins be forgiven and you can be set free."  My heart had never felt such overwhelming love, these words were foreign, yet I knew they spoke truth.  Thank you Lord Jesus, that my past can no longer torment me with fear.  I shall never forget, I am a sinner saved by grace.  My prayer and mission is that I pass on the same message, as my outstretched arms reach to those imprisoned both physically and spiritually, may they all hear - THIS IS HOW MUCH JESUS LOVES YOU!




John Galloway

John Galloway is 15 years free from being a drug user and pusher. After his untimely release from prison as a deal he made with God, John turned his back again to live in his sins. Only after losing his first son Vincent and standing over his tiny corpse and understanding how short the gift of life can be did the lifestyle of drugs and money lose its power in John’s life.

 After several years of trying to “live right” and “going to church” John found himself in the floor of a Christian coffee house he walked into by mistake not knowing it was a church in disguise. That Tuesday night was men’s’ prayer night and John could not get away this time. That night in 1999, although he thought he was saved, John stood up as a new man. Nothing has ever been the same. That night the weight of all that sin fell off and John found the reason for living and purpose in life. John will tell you that he knows at this time he was BORN AGAIN. It was that night in a coffe house that John realized that our time here on Earth is not about us at all. We're all just passing through. While here, we must lead others like us to knowledge of the saving grace of Jesus. Without Jesus we are all emprisoned within the confines of our minds; existing for self and never truly finding life and purpose.
